Teresa Robinson has an extensive knowledge of the professional standards for teachers through her work as an Assessor of Graduate Teachers, an Assessor of Advanced Skills Teachers and a trainer for 'Blueskyeducation'. She has also worked for the Training and Development Agency to create a document providing detailed objectives for each of the teaching standards. Teresa has supported schools by:-

• Delivering training on how to carryout constructive and developmental lesson observations and feedback.
• Completing joint lesson observations with Middle and Senior Managers in order to moderate Ofsted Grading.
• Working with staff to set challenging objectives related to the teaching standards.
